Porgy Tacos

– Warm – Soft Taco Shell

 

 – Fry your fish fillets with your favorite breading   (Shake ‘n Bake, Panko, Cornmeal)

 

-Sprinkle- Fresh diced tomatoes.

 

-Sprinkle- Chopped Iceberg lettuce

 

 *Add

-Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

-Sour Cream

Mango Salsa!


       

Bluefish

Rinse Bluefish Thoroughly 
With Fresh Water Prior To Cooking.

 

SUSHI STYLE

Smaller chunks are great to cook sushi style. 

 

Sear quickly for 5 seconds on each side with oil.   Drizzle Teriyaki sauce or any of your favorite sushi sauces (wasabi etc…)

 

 

TRADITIONAL

 

The larger fillets should be fried in butter- sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Carefully flip a few times. 

Fish is done when it flakes apart with a fork. 

 

(Excellent as a main course or to put on a salad.)

 

or

 

Bread larger fillets as you would a chicken breast, either w/bread crumbs or corn meal. 

 

Eat as main course w/tartar sauce or put on a hard roll with lettuce, cheese and tartar for a “fillet o’ fish” sandwich.
